Fourth of July celebration begins with a parade downtown Waupaca at 10:00 a.m. Knights of Columbus chicken bbq at South Park upper shelter, serving 11 a.m. until gone. Chain Skiers water ski show on Rainbow Lake behind the Wisconsin Veterans Home at 6:00 p.m. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. over Shadow Lake at South Park.
